JULY 13, 2006: AndroScience Corporation ("ASC"), a privately held drug discovery company based in San Diego, is pleased to announce the award of $800,000 of a Phase II, Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) grant, entitled "A New Topical Anti-androgen Benefits Acne Treatment", from the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH).  ASC will use this funding to complete their final pre-clinical toxicology studies, IND filing, and its subsequent clinical trials.
